Apparently we couldn't get enough of George,
because we went down again last weekend
with a bunch of my friends from growing up
and our spouses.
My friends and I have gone down
MANY times to St. George throughout our lives,
but this was the first time with our spouses there.
All I have to say, is it was the BEST time to date.
We are all such great friends, and the ones we LOVE MOST
were there to celebrate with us.
Seriously, it was the best.
Richard had a lipoma removed, so he couldn't get it wet.
More on that later...
Although it was a short trip,
we swam, hiked, ate, etc.
The girls chatted all hours of the day
and the boys played video games.
It was just what we needed for a getaway.
Richard always knows the awesome hikes and climbs
to do in St. George, so he led the way
to some lava caves and climbing sites that rocked!
Literally.
We even had time for a lovely nap in the sun...
It was heavenly!!
We also hit up church while we were down there
which is a must!
The view from Chris' place was incredible.
One VERY important thing I love about Richard
is that no matter who he meets,
they end up loving him.
He is so kind to everyone and can make
anyone laugh and feel welcome.
My friends are no exception.
Chris said to me once,
"Who knew you would marry someone we all like."
I take that as a compliment... I guess.
